After Absinthee, the band I played in with Anne Hadlock– she started Petal. I still had the gorgeous and legendary Transporterraum NYC studio (we had been kicked out/evicted but I had a month left at this time!) and this was one of the last sessions in there. The band came together quickly, and recorded these songs within weeks of forming and writing them. I was completely thrilled with the results.
